She is attending the "Line Cooking" on June 2021 . She likes a lot to be a cooker, though the chef teacher recommended law capabilities for learning or adapting in a restaurant with challenging working conditions. She found a job by herself in a restaurant near to her house - it does not effect her courses here in Odyssea. She told me she has difficulty to attend clearly the teacher chef due to her lack of vocabulary and terminology. She would like to re-watch the courses by video at home or to have a book or notes to revise and study
