She did high school . She was working in Hong Kong for 2 years . She went o Taiwan in a restaurant for 3 years . She is in Greece for 10 years . She did 2 months of Greek Language .
She is working for  1 and a half year as a cook afropsaro & psariston . She did some seminars in IEK Praxis as a collaboration of Indonesian Embassy . It was a 2 months Seminar . She seems that she doesn't know the basic theoretical Parts . Her boyfriend help her fulfill the platform i understand her level in English is not very good at least . 
14/9 : My business idea is a small vegan take away street food restaurant that also offers a delivery service. There will be a small number of tables outside, for people who want to enjoy their meal on the spot. It will only serve plant-based food, drinks and coffee, inspired from Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. The dishes will be prepared by me and they will be designed to provide tasty, healthy and nutritious plant-based, fast-food alternatives for vegans and non-vegans. My target is to protect animals from all forms of exploitation and cruelty, including their use for food, clothing or any other purpose and consequently the environment. Additionally, all plates, cups, cutlery and packaging are going to be from biodegradable materials. Επικοινώνησα για να λάβει employability service και να φτιάξουμε cv μου είπε οτι έφτιαξε μόνη της με το Σωτήρη στο μάθημα soft skills και το έστειλε στην αλυσίδα καταστημάτων στο Βενέτη. Είπε οτι πήγε καλά η συνέντευξη και θα της κάνουν job offer. Όταν έχει νέα θα μας καλέσει αν χρειαστεί βοήθεια στην αναζήτηση μετέπειτα θα μας καλέσει είπε, αν δεν προχωρήσει η συνεργασία με το Βενέτη. Λυδία 04/10/23
