Background: He is currently a guard in metropolitan hospital. He got a certificate in oaed as a building mechanic, and he practiced that for a while. He faced a challenge of not being hired for higher positions because employers wanted a stronger education/training background.

Availability: He is available. He said he will discuss with his current employer for him to take morning shifts at his current job.

Motivation: He is currently a guard and he wants to go back to bulidng maintenance/electrician. Very interested in employability services.
