Ξέρει αρκετά καλά ελληνικά και πολύ καλά αγγλικά. Δείχννει να τον ενδιαφέρει το μάθημα και προσπαθούσε να εξηγήσει πόσο χρήσιμη θα είναι η υλοποίηση της ιδέας του. Δουλεύει αλλά τις ώρες του μαθήματος θα μπορεί να παρακολουθεί.

In fact, the whole project is about accommodating the recognized refugees. Indeed, you may know that there many difficulties that refugees may face while renting an apartment in Greece (facing racism, high renting amount, lack of documentation, languages difficulties etc). Also owners would ask 3 months rent amounts in advance and most of the time not furnished apartment. However refugees are from different ages and category of vulnerable persons who are in need of contract to receive some cash assistance from government or Helios project.
The goal of my project is to purchase the old apartments and hire the refugees with background experience to renovate them and make them ready with standard living condition for potential candidate.
Hiring refugees with salary make them able to feed their families and open a door to integrate them in society. Due to those reasons, the idea would be successful.
I should receive the business Incubation scholarship to implement and set up my project. Indeed, I would be highly appreciated to increase my professional network, receive more theoretical and practical tools to reach my aim. As a person being refugee in Greece, I have faced the same difficulties and experience it by heart. I integrated myself by learning the language and culture, I had also the honor to work with UNHCR and Mercy corps as international organizations to gain enough experience to handle and organize the tasks in more proper way. Small businesses which I have set up give more motivation to implement this new solidarity project in Greece.
