WHAT HE WROTE FOR ALBA

Because we want to make a difference in the board game publishing industry. Our company will "force-start the conversation" around board games sustainability and alternative ways to do that and we need Odyssea's support to achive that. We want to create an eco-friendly boardgame publishing company called "Between Realms Games" and we have already made enough progression about the design of the first board game of the company. It's a board game for children 3+ in order to learn to count the numbers. It's an eco-friendly sustainable board game and we want to expand and publish more board games. It will be a successful business idea, if it will be done and supported correctly as it's an inovative idea, shaking the board game industry standards, bringing to the forefront the environment and its needs, questioning but most importantly suggesting, alternative ways on designing, and packaging of board games. I am a huge fan of board games though I have only got involved with the industry since last year. I have already made a progress on the design and the prototype of the board game along with my business partner. We are both experienced board game players and we are involved with many different groups revolving around board games, such as board game designers, board game communities and forums, playtesters etc. We both have expertise on designing but we are lacking the business management skills, hence the need for the scholarship.
